Follow these steps to add a URL bookmark icon to your Android's home screen:

1. Bookmark the desired page from your phone's default browser.
2. From your Android's home screen, where you would like to add the bookmark icon, long-press (press and hold unoccupied space with your finger for about 2 seconds).
3. From "Add to Home Screen", select "Shortcuts".
   
4. And then select "Bookmark".
   
5. Select the desired bookmark and BOOM, you now have a bookmark icon shortcut on your Android's home screen!
